However, I must admit that there were a few positive aspects to my stay. The location of the hotel was convenient, as it was directly on the camino. This made it easy for me to continue my journey without any hassle. the common area on the first floor was a cozy spot with comfortable couches and a good selection of books. It was a nice place to relax and unwind after a long day of walking.
My experience at this hotel was less than satisfactory. the staff seemed too busy with other guests and did not pay much attention to my needs.

What a great little place to stay! I had the most amazing time at Albergue Camino Y Leyenda. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The facilities were fantastic, with a cozy library/lounge area and even board games to keep me entertained. The intimate dining area was perfect for interacting with fellow walkers on the Camino. My room was cozy and comfortable, and I slept like a baby with the big wool blanket. The dinner and breakfast were absolutely delicious, some of the best food I had on the Camino. The ambiance of the albergue made it feel like I was visiting the home of a friend. a truly memorable experience!
I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

As a solo traveler, Albergue Camino Y Leyenda provided a warm and inviting atmosphere that made me feel like I was visiting a friend's home. The beautifully decorated common areas offered plenty of space to relax and unwind. The dinner was absolutely amazing, and the owner of the hostel was the epitome of genuine and warm hospitality. I would definitely make a reservation to stay here again if I have the chance to return to Spain.
I felt incredibly happy with my stay at Albergue Camino Y Leyenda, and I have nothing to complain about.

The stay was absolutely fantastic! The rooms were beautifully furnished with lovely floors, and the single beds on the upper floor were a pleasant surprise. The bathrooms were clean and well-set-up, and there was even a cozy common area on the first floor with books and couches. The location was perfect, right on the Camino, making it convenient for pilgrims. Additionally, the delicious meals provided a great break from typical pilgrim food.
The lighting in the place was a bit low, which made it feel a little dull and depressed. The lack of WiFi in the rooms was also a downside, with limited access only available downstairs.

We had an amazing stay at this albergue. On arrival, the staff was busy with the lunch crowd, but we were warmly welcomed and shown upstairs. The building itself is cozy and full of character, making it a special place. Our room, despite overlooking a stone wall, was incredibly cozy and warm, providing a comfortable retreat. The shared bathroom facilities were sufficient. The highlight of our stay was the delightful surprise of being introduced to a bright blue concoction by our host. The sitting room upstairs was beautifully decorated and had a homely atmosphere, with plenty of books to enjoy. As the hours went by, we found ourselves falling more in love with this place. Highly recommended!
Nothing not to love! ❤️

The atmosphere at this Albergue is truly special. The cozy building has a charming and eclectic character, creating a warm and welcoming ambiance. The common rooms are thoughtfully arranged for relaxation and conversation. The twin room I stayed in was clean and had all the necessary amenities. The shared bathrooms were also well-maintained. The owners were incredibly kind and hospitable, making me feel like a princess for a night. The homemade food, especially the ensalada de la casa, was delicious. The family dinner was a highlight of my Camino experience. Despite some minor inconveniences like the lack of a hair dryer and hooks in the room, overall, I had a fantastic stay. The only challenge was checking in without telephone service, but everything else about the Albergue made up for it. I highly recommend this cozy and friendly place!

From the moment we entered, we felt incredibly welcomed. The ambience of the place was soothing and felt just like visiting a friend's home. The owner, who has walked the Camino herself, made our stay extra special. The dinner was delicious and the beds were super comfortable. this is definitely a place we would recommend.
It was a bit difficult to check in without telephone service, but other than that, our stay was fantastic.

We had an amazing stay at this wonderful albergue. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the hosts, who made us feel right at home. the facilities were great, with a cozy library/lounge area where we could relax and even play board games. the dining area was intimate and provided a fantastic opportunity to interact with other Camino walkers. Our room was cozy, with a comfortable bed and a big wool blanket for a good night's sleep. the hosts went above and beyond, celebrating their son's birthday with all the guests and creating a truly homey atmosphere. the dinner and breakfast were the best we had on the Camino. the hosts even offered to drive me to O'Cebreiro when I was having trouble with my leg muscles, and they were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. They truly cared for their guests and even brought a homeless man off the streets to provide him with warmth and a meal. This albergue is filled with love and it was an unforgettable experience. Cons: Nothing to complain about at all. 😊.

I recently stayed at Albergue Camino Y Leyenda for my Camino journey and it was a delightful experience. The hosts, Joe and Natalie, were incredibly warm and friendly, making me feel right at home. The dinner they served was exceptional, with the added bonus of having delicious vegetables. The atmosphere was very cozy and I had a comfortable night's sleep in my own cozy room with a big wool blanket. The communal celebration of their son's birthday made it feel like one big family. The dinner and breakfast were the best I've had on the Camino. The host even went out of his way to provide me with transportation options. They also displayed immense kindness by providing shelter and breakfast to a homeless man. The love in this home is truly indescribable.
Recommend this hotel.

The meals prepared by Nuria, the chef, were exceptional. We were treated to a delicious dinner and breakfast, both of which exceeded our expectations. The location of the hotel was perfect, directly on the Camino, making it convenient for us to continue our journey. We also enjoyed the warm and homely atmosphere of the hotel, which added to our overall experience.
